Black Tip Cove is a smoke-free home, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. Please note: Black Tip Cove has been leased thru December 2010 Rates: $2,500 per week for 2; $3,000 for 4; $3,500 for 5-6, and $4,000 for 7-8, + $400 security deposit. Christmas/New Years: please inquire 50% deposit at booking; balance 30 days before arrival. Extended stay rates are available. Check-in after 2pm and Check-out by 10am. We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations if there is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather Service within one week of your arrival date.
